Spa915 has put together an awesome list of exercises, tips and tricks to sexy up your legs in no time. Get with the program, show off, and smile! Hot legs are definitely something to brag about.
1. Get Laser and Ditch the Razor!
3. Butt Kicks
4. Jog for 15 yards kicking your butt with the heel of your foot with every step. Repeat 5 times.
5. Calf Raises
6. While facing a wall, or fence, raise up on your toes 100 times. Repeat 3 times.
8. Play your favorite song. Go down into a sitting position and come back up. Repeat until the song is over. For more of a challenge, add some dumbbells. Keep your back straight while performing this exercise.
10. Both freestyle and breast stroke will give your legs a great work out. Swim at least a half-mile to a mile every work out for the full benefit.
11. Ride a bike
12. A 10 to 20 mile bike ride is a great work out. Hills make it better! Be prepared for a 45 minute plus workout.
13. Kick a ball
14. Kicking is great for the hamstrings, glutes, and quads. Grab your kid and go play soccer. The more you kick, the better!
15. Want a tan? Stay out of the sun! Just scrub down with a loofah before you apply self-tanner to remove any dull, dry skin cells.
16. Do the 3 step at bedtime: Apply Cocoa Butter, than baby oil, and finally your favorite lotion. Say “Hello!” to smooth, silky legs in no time.
17. Coffee isn’t just a morning pick me up! When showering, massage legs and cellulite areas with the coffee grounds for a few minutes. Shower normally and apply coconut oil when finished.
